City of Plains reached out to SCCD for support to update their 5-year old-growth policy. SCCD applied for assistance through the Montana Department of Commerce Community Technical Assistance Program (CTAP) and the city was awarded the funding possible to contract WGM Group to conduct all work possible to make the outdated growth policy current.
